Item conditions:
New – Retail Ready, New in box, includes manuals, remotes, accessories where applicable.
Unused – Opened, does not appear to ever be used, may not be in original packaging, may not include manuals, remotes, or accessories.
Slightly Used – Opened, maybe used once or twice, minimal signs of wear.
Used – Item has been visibly used, typically works as it should, see description for additional details.
Parts or Repair – Item is in non-working condition and needs to be repaired or used for parts.
Store Return - Returns were sold to a customer, who then physically brought the item back to a store. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its usefulness, and as a result that product may be in fine working order. Returns may have some operational and/or cosmetic problem. Depending on a company's return policy, these items may also reflect a measurable amount of use. They may or may not come in original packaging and may not have any of the advertised documentation or additional parts and/or accessories. Returns can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing. These items are not tested for function.
Salvage - Salvage assets are intended for professional buyers, as most can be used only for parts. These assets are offered "as-is, where-is" with no returns, guarantees, or claims as to be working condition.

A buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases and is as follows on all regularly scheduled weekly online auctions:
18% BUYERS PREMIUM for each item.
Condition of Online Auction Lots
All high bids are considered legal binding contracts and all sales are final. All items are sold "as is where is", with NO guarantee, warranty, or possible refund written, expressed, or implied. The working/running condition of an item may not be known and may not always be listed in the item’s description. Sometimes we do know and list the condition of the items, but many times do not. Please note that all sales are final regardless of the purchase items condition unless the discretion of a Storeliquidators.com Manager deems differently.
All items sell AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS and with no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. All sales are made on an AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS basis. All buyers are urged to physically inspect the item prior to bidding during the inspection period. No bids can be withdrawn once submitted before, during or after the auction for any reason. BUYER agrees that these terms as well as all other terms set forth below, can be amended or revised only in writing, signed by the auctioneer. BUYER also agrees that any oral representation made by Storeliquidators.com or its agents shall not modify these "AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS" terms. BUYER understands that any description given, written on the equipment, or advertised by any other means is not guaranteed, and BUYER will rely entirely on their own inspection. Dynamic Bidding
Posted closing times and displays of Storeliquidators.com's current time are approximate. Storeliquidators.com reserves the right to close early or extend auctions at any time at its discretion. It is strongly recommended that bids be placed early to avoid losing out due to an ill-timed, last-minute bid. All times based on Eastern Standard Time. Dynamic bidding - The dynamic bid on this website is a feature that does NOT allow an item to sell at the end of the auction until there is 10 minutes of bidding inactivity. Example - An item is bid on at 7:50pm. An auction is scheduled to close at 8:00pm. When this bid is placed the ending time will automatically extend to 8:10pm. When another bid is placed at 8:01 the auction will extend until 8:20pm. This will give bidder 19 minutes to place another bid. If no bids are placed this auction will conclude at 8:20pm. The key to your dynamic bidding feature is that the auction extends from the preset closing time in 10-minute intervals, NOT 10 minutes from when you placed your bid.

Online Recovery Special Consignment Sales
All consignments must be dropped off at Storeliquidators.com no later than 7 days prior to the auction day. Please contact us at 305 399 2840 for additional information regarding items you with to sell.
Payment Dates:
All payments are made online through the website.
All the regularly scheduled online auction items are located here at our office at: 1000 NW 24th Ave Fort Lauderdale, 33311 unless otherwise stated in the online listing/description.
All items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 5 days from the auction date.
Store Liquidators reserves the right to charge any card associated with the account the total invoice amount including bid total, buyer’s premium, taxes and storage fees on or after the 7th day after the invoice date. You will still be responsible to pick up paid invoices as storage fees still accrue on paid but not picked items.
After this 5-day period if your invoice has not been both paid for and picked up, an automatic $2 per lot/per day storage fee will be added to your invoice and will be subject to being resold at the high bidder’s expense. After 2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) no adjustments can be made on the invoice with regards to any item purchased on the auction and upon this time full payment is also still required regardless of the condition or the availability of the item.

Removal Times / Failure to Remove
All items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 5 days from the auction date. After this 7-day period there will begin a $2 per lot/per day storage fee and after 2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) there will be no refunds on any item purchased on the auction and upon this time full payment is also still required regardless of the condition or the availability of the item. We are open for pick-up and payment on:

If for any reason the buyer fails to remove any purchases within the time specified, the Auction Co. shall have the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to resell, discard or remove and store said purchase at the buyers sole risk and expense (storage costs will be charged - per day - per item - other costs additional), without waiving any rights that Storeliquidators.com or seller may have against buyer. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (after removal period.) If the purchases have not been removed within the 7-day time period, these items will be considered abandoned and Storeliquidators.com reserves the right to relist/resell any and all those items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is paid in full but not removed completely from auction location within 5 days of auction.
Sales Subject to Approval
This means that an item's sale is contingent upon receiving the approval of any Bank, Court, Trustee or Lien Holders affiliated with that piece. Please call 305-399-2840 for the Approvals on all items that sell subject, and we will be happy to assist you.
Sales Tax
All bidders will be subject to 6% State of Florida Sales Tax. If you are tax exempt, provide our office with the documentation required for exemption.
Sales tax is calculated on total sales price which includes Buyer's Premium (therefore Buyer's Premium is also taxable). Please refer to further explanation under the Other Info/Links section of each item.
Special Notes
PROXY BIDDING
Using the Proxy Bid system, a bidder can place a maximum bid at any time and go about other tasks. The system will automatically outbid other bidders up to the maximum amount of the Proxy Bid. Any time there are bids placed against the Proxy Bid, the system will outbid the new bid by the increment used for that item. As the Proxy Bid cannot bid more than agreed, there are situations where the increment may be less than the usual increment.
Example:
At any time, you can place a maximum bid of whatever amount you are willing to pay. To initiate the maximum bid, you must bid at least $2 more than the current amount. Once your maximum bid has been placed, you will remain the winner up to your maximum bid.
Example:
Bidding on a tattoo kit is at $5.
Bidder 1 places a $10 bid. They outbid the current bidder at $7 and will remain the winner until $10
Bidder 2 places a $9 bid. Since Bidder 1's maximum bid is greater than the $9 bid placed by Bidder 2, Bidder 1 remains the winner. The system will attempt to go up the $2 increment but cannot bid place a bid for more than the amount they agreed to pay, so it goes up to their maximum of $10.
Also, if there happens to be a Tie placed by two Proxy bidders, the Bid that is in first wins.
Special Notes
Storeliquidators.com RESERVES THE RIGHT to charge any credit card registered with your account the total invoice amount due including storage fees, buyer’s premium, taxes and bid amount or an amount equal to 20% of the total purchase price plus any buyers fee as a non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $25.00 charge.) This non-refundable restocking fee will be applied when invoices are not paid in full within 7 days of the auction date.
Note that the purchase price is the sum of the bid price, buyer’s premium, buyer's fee, and sales tax if applicable.
At which time, all items are abandoned and/or forfeited to Storeliquidators.com. Storeliquidators.com reserves the right to relist/resell all items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is not paid in full and removed completely from auction location within 5 days of auction. We do not accept partial payments. Invoices must be paid in full. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds.

Personal or Business Check – Storeliquidators.com does not accept personal or business checks.

All requests must be done within 2 days following the Auction as we only ship on certain days. Its recommended to preauthorize a shipping amount to avoid delays in shipping. We use USPS or UPS, whichever is the most price efficient. All shipping will include tracking for your items. All items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS.” Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Policy
Items can be returned ONLY if they are not as described or pictured. Returns must be brought to our attention within 2 weeks of the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up). NO adjustments can be made on the invoice with regards to any item purchased after this 2-week mark.
